We’re looking for a bold, action-oriented pharmacist or pharmacy technician to join us on our mission to make healthcare accessible and affordable for everyone. We’re accomplishing this mission by enabling a new model of healthcare through seamless integration of AI and collaborative care between pharmacists, nurses, and MDs, at local pharmacies.
MedEssist is a University of Toronto and Google Accelerator Start-Up where over half the team are healthcare professionals. MedEssist serves over 750 pharmacies across Canada and the US with a class-leading technology and AI platform. MedEssist was recognized in 2025 as one of the most ambitious companies in Canada by Betakit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactive Outreach: Proactively reach out to targeted pharmacies to excite them about what's possible with MedEssist.
- Primary Presenter: Act as the lead representative for "Talk to a Pharmacy Advisor" calls and live demos.
- Consult and Support: Engage with pharmacies via emails, video/phone calls in real-time; documenting all interactions within our internal CRM software
- Represent our Mission: Show empathy & humility in all interactions. You care deeply about helping others and putting your team first, and you are motivated to improve healthcare.
Who you are:
- You are a pharmacist or pharmacy technician with community pharmacy experience or a highly driven individual with a degree in health science, digital health, or related experience.
- You can handle ambiguity and are excited to try new things.
- Ability to operate independently and drive projects from start to finish.
